How to Update Your Child(ren)’s Fundraising Page
Here are some instructions and tips & trips to help your child(ren) hit their fun run goals and win prizes!
Read the below or watch this short video.
1. If You Haven't Already, Create Your Tiger Den Account
Once your child is registered in The Tiger Den, they will automatically have their own Fun Run fundraising page where family and friends can make donations online. Create/log in to your account here.
If you don't join The Tiger Den your child can still participate in the Fun Run by fundraising in person and collecting cash donations to turn in at school.
2. Personalize Your Child(ren)'s Fun Run Page
Once you and your child is registered, log in to the Tiger Den and find their Fun Run page here.
You can then:
- ✏️ Update your child’s name
- 📸 Add a photo
- 🎯 Set a fundraising goal together
- 💬 Write a welcome message
A personalized page makes it easy for family and friends to connect with your child and support their Fun Run!
3. Add Family & Friends’ Email Addresses
Add email addresses for family and friends who may want to support your child to their Fun Run fundraising page. Add at least 10 email addresses by Friday, September 18, and you’ll be entered into the Parent Prize Raffle! 🎉 You could win your choice of:
- 🛒 A Costco Annual Membership
- 🛍️ A King Soopers Gift Card
- 🍽️ A Gift Card to a Restaurant of Your Choice
Learn more about entering email addresses and winning parent prizes here.
4. Tell the World!
Your child’s fundraising page makes it easy to reach out to the people who want to cheer them on. From their page, you can:
- Share on Facebook or Twitter
- Send an email to family and friends
- Copy and share the page link directly
Think grandparents, aunts and uncles, cousins, neighbors, family friends, and anyone else who would love to support your Tiger!
💡 Pro tip: If your child reaches their goal early, increase the goal! A new goal gives visitors another reason to jump in and helps Clayton get closer to our overall Fun Run goal.
5. Keep the Momentum Going and Win Prizes
The Clayton PTO can also use the email addresses you add to send occasional messages on behalf of your child, reminding family and friends to visit their fundraising page and make a donation. Your child should still personally share their page with family and friends, but these additional reminders can help keep their fundraising going—and help them reach more student prize milestones and raffle entries!
